Karen definitely went over and above normal home sales assistance. I am a full time caregiver for my wife and had my home of 33 years severely damaged by Hurricane Helene. The shock of unexpected loss precipitated probably 3 months of temporary PTSD on my part. Karen took charge of so many "other duties" for me, such as dealing with my insurance, completing some of the more complicated electronic communications, setting up / executing an estate sale, disposal of waste / unwanted, and guiding me in numerous decisions through the process. She did a great job in handling the sale of a damaged house "as is" when the value was not so clear. I was more than satisfied with the sale price she secured. The abatement / mitigation required on the house significantly slowed the sales process. Karen never lost patience and consistently encouraged me the whole time.
